Sally Lyk is a writer who draws deeply from a life radically lived, from surviving cancer and navigating heartbreak, to embracing a spiritual path toward healing and joy. With a varied career spanning stockbroker, flower arranger, and charity case worker, Sally brings a unique perspective to her storytelling: one rooted in resilience, reflection, and reinvention.
Walking Cornwall’s coastal path is her meditation, especially in spring when wildflowers bloom. She loves art, and her favorite artist, David Hockney, has inspired her to see the English countryside with renewed wonder. Yoga grounds her, writing lifts her, and she hopes that sharing her journey brings light to others.
